The Big O Tire project in Castle Pines was Designed and managed by Dominic. Weatherraft completely removed the existing mechanically attached TPO membrane and base flashing, and replaced the wet and damaged Insulation. We added ¼’ per foot tapered panels over the existing ¼’ crickets, installed a Firestone 60-mil TPO membrane and fully adhered base flashings. The project ended with a 20 year NDL Labor and Material Warranty from Firestone protecting this 4,900 sq foot roof.
