This Old Cancer Center Roof Replacement project was designed and managed by Dominic for Centura Penrose Hospital. Weathercraft completely removed the existing roof system to the concrete deck, designed a ¼” per foot fully tapered insulation system, added (6) new roof drain locations to improve drainage and installed a Low-Odor Tremco Power Ply Standard Plus Fr Roof System with a 20-year Warranty. The project took a total of 5 months to complete the 15,500 square foot project.
